After the information from the visitors is acquired, the tour operator goes ahead to contact the officials at the reservation offices of Uganda Wildlife Authority who are responsible for rescheduling the dates for the gorilla trek.
Your operator provides valid reasons for why they wish to reschedule the dates and is required to fill a reschedule letter and attach the receipts to it before handing it to the reservation officers. This therefore makes it easy for the permits to be all sold out which would require the travelers to collaborate with their tour operator and reschedule to find another comfortable date with available gorilla permits.
